Whether you’re a general contractor, subcontractor, vendor, or plan room — this page provides everything you need to find active opportunities, access bid documents, and stay informed throughout the bidding process.
The Tehama County Public Works Department uses third-party websites, https://ciplist.com and https://www.publicpurchase.com/ to advertise and make available Capital Improvement Project bid documents. CIP List and Public Purchase are free services to view as well as download project bid documents and provides automatic notification of addendum’s, specs, and project information.
Hard copies of bid documents will not be available for purchase; originals can be viewed in our office during normal business hours.

Instructions
Bidders, Sub Contractors, Vendors, and Plan Rooms must register with CIP LIST or Public Purchase in order to view or download bid documents.
Automatic Notifications
To register and receive notifications for all Tehama County Public Works projects, select Tehama County Public Works and ‘Add Agency to Watch List’ in upper right hand corner.
Are you registered to bid Public Works Projects with the Department of Industrial Relations?
If not, you will no longer be allowed to be listed on a bid if you are not registered.
